Usage:

Lie down comfortably, place the cushion on your closed eyes, and breathe deeply for 5–20 minutes. The gentle weight and cooling crystals relieve tension.

Tip: For extra cooling, place in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before use.

• Outer cover: Machine wash at 30 °C or hand wash

• Inner cushion: Clean only spot-wise with a damp cloth (do not immerse in water)
