After you have received your new jewelry, you have 30 days to return the goods.

Please fill out the returns form that came with your order and send it back to us with your jewelry.

ATTENTION: We are a young company and your order will be manufactured, packed and shipped with a lot of love. You are responsible for the shipping costs. We do not assume the costs for your return, nor do we reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred as part of your order. We cannot accept packages that are sent to us as "carriage forward".

Exchange conditions:

You have 30 days to return your order. The return posting date must not exceed the 30 day mark. The products must be new and unworn. Products that show signs of use or are returned to us broken cannot be refunded (except for complaints).
 

International Packages:

If you placed your order outside the EU and now want to send it back, please declare the package as "RETURNED GOODS" so that no additional costs are incurred. We do not assume any costs incurred for the return.
 

How long does it take for my return shipment to be processed?

As soon as the package arrives with us, you will receive a confirmation. Repayment is usually made within 14 days. We use the same payment method for the return transfer as for your order. 

if you Klarna as a payment service, please make sure that you have registered a return in the Klarna app or on the Klarna website. Otherwise, Klarna will charge you overdue fines, over which we have no control. Please clarify problems with Klarna directly via your Klarna account. 

I haven't received a refund yet, what can I do?

Please check whether you have already received a confirmation email from us about the receipt of your return. If so, your return is already being processed and the refund will be made within 14 working days. 

If you have not yet received a confirmation email, please use your posting receipt to check where the package is located. If there are problems with your shipment, please contact the shipping service provider directly. 

If neither of the two cases applies, please contact us. 

What happens if I receive damaged goods?

If that's the case, we're very sorry! Please send the damaged product back to us. Depending on how you wish it, we will exchange it for you or reimburse you for the costs. In addition, we will reimburse you for the costs of sending it back to us. Enclose either the return form with the note "Complaint" with your return or, if you no longer have it, a small piece of paper with a note is sufficient.
